Laos Plantain Coconut Bake (Flourless Muffin)

Ingredients

• 450ml Coconut Cream
• 4 large Plantain
• 4 tablespoons Sugar

Directions

1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Step 2: Mash the plantains until it has a paste consistency.
3. Step 3: Mix togher the coconut cream and granulated sugar. Mix well.
4. Step 4: Add muffin liners to muffin pan.
5. Step 5: Fill the mixture into muffin pan.
6. Step 6: Bake for 45 minutes until baked all the way through.
