These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trove app and website (the "Service"), operated by Ade Studios LLC ("Trove," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You need an account to use Trove. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
You keep ownership of the content you add to Trove — the recipes you save or import, your collections, notes, and photos ("Your Content"). By adding content and choosing to make it public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing a public recipe or profile to other users).
You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to add it. Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates these Terms.
Trove lets you save and import recipes from around the web. Those recipes belong to their original authors and publishers, and Trove links back to the source. We don't claim ownership of third-party recipe content, and we're not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or availability of content on external sites. Always use your own judgment when cooking, and take care with allergens, food safety, and dietary needs.

Trove includes social features such as public profiles and following. Content that other users share is theirs, not ours. If you see something that violates these Terms, please report it to us.
We work hard to keep Trove useful and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free, or that imported recipe data will be complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ade Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
